| Flying | Can only be attacked by Air / Hybrid units |
| Tank | More health but slightly slower |
| Resistant | More health and reduces incoming DoT damage by 50% |
| Sprinter | Faster enemy with lower health |
| Clone | Lower health and spawns basic enemies on death |
| Spawner | Spawns basic enemies. |
| Teleports | Teleports through the different paths and gets lowered by 1/4 of its HP each time it teleports. |
| Avatar | Avatar enemies are immune to any DoT effects and any vulnerability effects. |
| Reinforced | Reinforced enemies takes 50% less damage from full AoE attacks. |
| Flawless | Flawless enemies take 50% less damage from critical hits. |
| Armored | Armored enemies can only get hit with critical hits but they take 2x damage from them. |
| Boss | Boss enemy, extreme amounts of health and depending on the boss, he will be slower or faster |
| Cyclone | Decreases Hybrid Unit damage by 50% and Increases Hill Unit Damage by 25% |
| Earthbound | Decreases Hill Unit damage by 50% and Increases Ground Unit Damage by 25% |
| Shielded | Adds extra health to enemies that defends their health until the shield has been depleted |
