Death Return
This Unit has an HP bar (cap 100). -3 HP per stun received, -1 HP per debuff received. When HP hits 0: reset to 100, permanent +10% Damage (uncapped), cannot lose HP for 15s, and Walkback all enemies for 25s (100s global CD).
After the Walkback: for every stun received, Timestop all enemies for 2s (50s cap). For every debuff received, enemies take +5% damage for 60s (200% cap). If an enemy is affected 3 times, send it to spawn (max 3 per enemy) and deal (1.5× stacks)% Max HP damage (cap 1T)
Authorizing Sloth
Attacks twice in a separate timer. The extra attacks only hit enemies at 20% Range, deals 250% of Suzuki's Damage at 2× his SPA.
Authorizing Greed
All stuns/debuffs/negative effects taken by allies in Range are redirected to this unit (contributes to Death Return.)

Timestop the entire map for (Amount of stuns ×2 ÷ Enemies on the map) seconds (Cap: 75s).
Deal (Damage count × 1T ÷ Enemies on the map) Damage.
Permanently
Slow all enemies by (Movement Count × 3 ÷ Enemies on the map)% (Cap: 50%).
If fewer than 5 enemies are on the map: Deal an extra 10% Max HP Damage (Cap: 5T). Add +15s Timestop.
